Secret Santa

(an alternative to drawing names out of a hat)

1. Enter names one line at a time.

2. Once done, press "generate".

3. Send the generated links *(by email, sms...) along with any other instructions (like a price limit?)

4. When each person opens their link they'll only see who they are to buy a gift for.

*You may want to cut and paste all links into notepad and save them to resend if you have a forgetful friend/family member.

Want to start again?
Refresh your browser (the yellow box of links will vanish) update your instructions (in the green box) and hit 'generate' to re-draw names 'out of the hat'

You can get tricky:
# Add details using parentheses after the name
Nicholas (the elf)

# Prevent a pairing (using !)
Maël !Aurélie
Aurélie !Maël

# ..or multiple
Rudolph !Santa !Nicholas (the elf)

# Force a pairing (using =)
Nicholas (the saint) =Nicholas (the elf)
